With the launch of a new AI-powered platform, it was ready to transform agreements from static documents into dynamic, data-driven assets that unlock growth and efficiency. But customers still saw Docusign as only a signature tool, requiring a fundamental shift in perception.

We designed and led an intensive two-day working session, aligning Docusign leaders across regions and disciplines to arrive at a powerful new positioning for the brand. The result was a bold creative platform: “The signature is just the beginning,” reframing Docusign as more than a transaction tool by highlighting its value across the full agreement lifecycle.

Launched at Docusign’s global sales conference, the platform became a unifying rallying cry, giving teams a clear, confident way to communicate Docusign’s end-to-end value and expand the conversation beyond e-signature.
