A little bit about us.

With over 26 years of challenging what an independent ad agency can and should be, there’s certainly a lot to say. But we’ll simply give you a short introduction to our purpose and approach, our team, and our extended family.

Our purpose.
As you may have guessed, our purpose is to make things happen. It’s something we’ve been doing for over 26 years in Canada and America, and it’s something that earned us the title of the 2018 AdAge International Small Agency of the year.
A big part of how we bring this purpose to life is our unique approach. Nearly every aspect of our agency – from who we are and how we work, to what we produce and why we succeed – is grounded in balance. The balance between art and commerce. The split between strategy and creativity. The bridge between talent and decency. It’s something you see in our office, our logo, and pretty much everything we’ve ever done.

Active Listener, situational observer, collaborator and builder. Sarah likes nothing more than the opportunity to roll up her sleeves and make things happen. She's a tech marketing expert who loves a good innovation... but she will vote for humans over robots every time.
