About this Role

As a Senior Strategist, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of various strategic initiatives grounded in a deep understanding of the client’s business, the category they operate within, and the audiences they aspire to connect with.

This role requires strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and research into actionable insights and clear, compelling strategies that inspire breakthrough ideas and drive business growth.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading strategic thinking across a diverse range of clients and categories
• Guiding the strategic development process from exploratory research and insight development to crafting inspiring creative briefs
• Facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder and audience interviews
• Partnering with research firms and subject matter experts (e.g. data scientists, anthropologists) to uncover and synthesize insights
• Translating complexity into clarity by distilling data, research, and consumer and cultural insights into actionable strategies that move brands forward
• Developing brand positioning, architecture, messaging frameworks, and strategic territories that inspire bold work
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and divisions to ensure work is both effective and distinctive
• Staying ahead of cultural trends and industry shifts, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to internal and external teams
• Crafting and presenting strategic recommendations and narratives that are persuasive, clear, and grounded in insight
• Supporting and coaching junior account team members as they continue to hone their strategy and brief-writing skills
