As a Performance Media Specialist, you will be driving innovation and optimizing client results across all performance media including Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and any other channels that delivers on our objectives. This role entails working side by side with employees across all disciplines, no silos, all collaboration. You will be directly reporting to our Associate Director of Analytics and working closely with our Programmatic Campaign Manager as well as the rest of the Media Team.

What You’ll Do
Set up, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, making recommendations on and improving campaign performance and providing reports.
Provide tagging and tracking strategies for conversion and remarketing across all media and display activities using Google Analytics/Data Studio to drive continuous improvements and engagement.
Optimize platforms, audiences, bidding strategies, creative, and landing pages
Participation in beta programs, and new technology, emerging channels and formats
Monitor campaign performance and pacing via weekly reporting
Provide actionable insights on media performance optimizations to drive greater ROI
Develop, lead and execute on the campaign trafficking process; including but not limited to developing traffic sheets, uploading, testing, and troubleshooting online creative
Work collaboratively with all internal agency teams including project managers, creative, developers and the media team
Work with and grow relationships with external partners including Facebook, Google, brand safety/verification partners, data suppliers, and media vendors/publishers
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, including Search and Social platforms
Experience with 3rd party site tagging
Knowledge of digital ad unit specifications (IAB standards) and rich media executions
Familiarity with programmatic/DSPs, audience segmentation and dynamic ads
Knowledge of different browsers and web-debugging tools
Highly developed organizational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
Ability to manage and deliver on multiple demands to meet deadlines efficiently
Technical background with experience in digital analytics including 3rd party platforms and Google Analytics
