Performance Media Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Media Manager to join our team. This is a manager-level position with responsibilities that require the ability to bring detail-orientated thinking and hands-on keyboard expertise together. This role will be in partnership with our team of performance experts and media planning strategists. This opportunity puts you in the sweet spot of delivering strategic impact and executional excellence for internal and external stakeholders. This newly created position will report directly to the Performance Media Director and provide ongoing support for all performance services. The role was created to elevate outcomes and increase integration.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a full-service or media agency model and have expertise across key areas of performance marketing including Digital Display, Programmatic, SEM, Paid Social, and Analytics. This role will be responsible for creating and ensuring best-in-class results by working side by side with media, performance, and creative. As our performance offering is ever-evolving, you will recommend and test emerging channels and new approaches.

Desired skills and experience

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Can bring together all aspects of performance marketing to solve client challenges.

  • Execute campaigns in performance media platforms - Programmatic, Social, Search, Analytics, etc

  • Ability to act as the hub and interpreter for the performance team to communicate with other areas of advertising and marketing.

  • Be a thought leader with an appetite to find, learn, and test, new and emerging channels or technology.

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to build new services and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years successfully executing multi-dimensional performance media and e-commerce campaigns.

  • Proficient knowledge of Google marketing ecosystems and technology. GA360, GA4, Looker, Google Merchant Centre, Google Adwords

  • Knowledge of Meta and social ad tool platforms. Meta Ad platform, Merchant Centre, Twitter, Snapchat

  • Certifications in Google and Meta blueprint

  • Strong analytical mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with DTC, E-commerce, and brand clients with a focus on ROI, ROAS, LTV

  • Ability to scale and optimize across channels with a data-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with attribution and measurement methodologies

  • Some knowledge of commerce platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, or Amazon

  • Demonstrated a track record of applying unique and creative optimizing strategies across many accounts to improve outcomes

  • Team first mindset and experience managing and coaching peers and training junior teammates.
