General Duties:
Work collaboratively with all internal agency teams including Accounts, Creative, and Social Media
Manage department billing tasks including budget tracking and monthly invoicing
Assist Media team with plan development, execution, reporting and post-campaign analysis, with option to take on individual clients solo
Completion of media POVs and evaluations
Using research tools and desk research for presentations and strategy development
Completion of competitive, target and general industry related research
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all documents – budget control reports, blocking charts, spec sheets, digital reporting metrics etc.

The ideal candidate will have some related first-hand media experience, educational experience (media/advertising/marketing/business) and an understanding of the Canadian media landscape.
Post-secondary experience in related areas of advertising, marketing, or business
Experience in Media agency or related field would be an asset
Strong MS Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.
Experience working in Google and related Google platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong mathematical skills and understanding of financial record keeping
Ability to manage and deliver on multiple demands within challenging deadlines
Understanding of digital media planning and execution is a strong asset
Experience working with media research tools including Vividata and ComScore an asset
Experience working in Social Media business platforms (META, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) an asset
