Joining a hybrid work environment, the Business Lead will develop relationships with senior clients, apply a holistic understanding of their business and their needs, and translate them into action. They will lead the brand strategy and be a champion for creative, identify and evaluate solutions quickly, and continuously see opportunities to grow their clients business.
Reporting into the Group Account Director, the Business Lead is a natural collaborator who brings agency resources together to actively solve problems by developing top tier communications strategies, and integrated multi-channel solutions. You are responsible for day-to-day management of your clients’ business including the financial health and guiding and mentoring the project management team, and other agency resources to ensure the business is run efficiently and produces effective work.

Core Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong client, internal and partner relationships to foster trust at all levels.
Health and stability of overarching client relationship
Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business including product innovation, marketing challenges, sales/revenue targets, category/industry competition
Drive annual, seasonal and long-range planning process on a fully integrated account
A thorough understanding of production processes, media landscape, and holistic vision of the entire consumer eco-system
Act as the hub and interpreter to lead a team of agency partners and internal subject matter experts through collaborative planning and execution
Oversee and lead brief development, identifying opportunities beyond the ‘ask’
Ability to get to the root of the ask and identify business needs to engage the right resources, to provide the best recommendations and solutions
Responsible for forecasting, risk assessment and financial health on account
Requirements
Range of 5-10 years of related experience
Proven strategic skill, experience working on integrated projects including digital and social
Strong history of managing client relationships and business growth
Nice to have – CPG Experience, Health & Wellness Experience
