Challenge

Scotiabank wanted to show that its support for the arts was more than charity work, and that it believes in the creativity of each person.

Idea

Create a modular campaign that inspires the artist in all of us, allowing us to connect to our target wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Impact

Non-customers were 19% more likely to do business with Scotiabank (up from 10% the previous year). And our measure for ‘likelihood to recommend Scotiabank’ went up from 10% to 18%.
